Responsibilities
Provide patient care services within scope of practice and licensure
Perform diagnostic, therapeutic, or rehabilitative procedures as applicable
Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on procedures, therapy plans, and safety
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Ensure patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional standards
Qualification
Required
Applicable degree or certification from an accredited program
Active or eligible North Carolina license or certification (or ability to obtain)
BLS/CPR certification (role-dependent)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Prior experience in hospital, outpatient, or specialty settings
Flexibility to work across multiple locations (Raleigh/Cary)
