Responsibilities

Provides care for hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support
Manages diverse medical/surgical conditions, operates advanced equipment, and cares for patients with lines, tubes, and short-term ventilation
Collaborates with healthcare team, guides staff, precepts new nurses, and ensures safe, high-quality care from admission to discharge

Qualification

RN LicensureBLS CertificationACLS CertificationPALS CertificationCritical Care ExperiencePatient CarePrecepting NursesTeam Collaboration

Required

Degree from a Nursing Program
Practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care or Progressive Care Nursing is required
Current State of Montana RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire

Preferred

EPNC, TNCC certification preferred
