Responsibilities
Lead cases from intake through trial and post-trial
Guide litigation strategy and serve as a mentor within the attorney team
Conduct trials, mediations, depositions, and all key case milestones
Collaborate closely with leadership in a highly communicative, fully remote structure
Manage auto liability cases through resolution
Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations
Develop litigation skills within a mentorship-rich environment
Qualification
Required
Must be Barred and have residence in California
Active California bar license and California residency
Extensive background in auto defense, personal injury defense, or civil litigation (for Senior Attorney)
Proven trial capability (for Senior Attorney)
Strong writing, communication, and client management abilities (for Senior Attorney)
Solid foundation in auto liability or personal injury defense litigation (for Mid-Level Attorney)
Strong writing, organization, and client interaction skills (for Mid-Level Attorney)
Ability to manage deadlines independently while collaborating within a remote team (for Mid-Level Attorney)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting or guiding other legal professionals is a plus (for Senior Attorney)
