Develop, implement, and sustain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs
Drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S methodologies
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
Foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement
Apply Lean principles to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
At least five years of experience building EHS programs within a manufacturing environment
Conduct risk assessments
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
Foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement
Apply Lean principles to optimize processes
Eliminate waste
Improve overall operational efficiency
Proficiency in the advanced Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Dynamics FO ERP systems
Preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credentials
