They are seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical expertise, training, and support to healthcare providers in the Orlando and Tampa areas.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on education to healthcare providers and staff on dermatology-specific devices, specifically focusing on the XTRAC machine
Collaborate with providers and sales departments to ensure seamless utilization of dermatology technologies within the clinic workflow
Help clinics implement best-practice protocols to maximize patient results and safety
Conduct technical demonstrations of dermatology devices, highlighting features and therapeutic applications
Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and adherence to industry standards
Act as the vital link between clinical sites and internal corporate teams to align on goals and performance

Qualification

XTRAC laser systemDermatology clinical experienceMedical Assistant certificationRegistered Nurse certificationInterpersonal skillsOrganizational abilitiesProblem-solving skillsMentoring experience

Required

2+ years of experience in a dermatology clinical setting
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR certification as a Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN), or similar medical qualification
Proven experience mentoring or training clinical teams
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to solve technical/clinical problems on the fly
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 25lbs (moving light equipment)
Resident of the Orlando or Tampa, FL area

Preferred

Direct expertise with the XTRAC machine or similar excimer lasers is highly preferred
