Havenpark Communities is dedicated to creating caring communities for residents and employees. The Sales and Leasing Agent will be responsible for understanding prospect needs, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with team members to drive sales success.

Responsibilities
Understand prospect needs and match them with the perfect home and community features
Proactively hunt, prospect, and capture leads through networking, call campaigns, and open houses
Guide prospects seamlessly through the 'Havenpark Sales Matrix.' Handle credit checks, calculate payments, and ensure all documentation is compliant with state regulations and Fair Housing Standards
Cultivate satisfaction by following up on recent move-ins. Happy residents are your best source of referral business
Actively engage with current renters, helping them transition into homeownership
Collaborate with Community Managers, Regional Management and Sales Management to refine sales strategies
Commit to self-development and attending team meetings
Qualification
Required
Schedule: This role follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule with the flexibility required to meet client needs
Background Check: All candidates must pass a criminal background check
Physical Demands: Ability to walk the community grounds and lift supplies as needed
Preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C) strongly preferred
Skills: Coachability, high emotional intelligence, polished communication, and tech-savviness (CRM, Microsoft Office)
