Responsibilities
Serve as a Phone Team Representative supporting financial professionals, assistants, and Brokerage General Agencies throughout the life insurance application process
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including guidance on e-Application systems, status updates, and education on internal processes from submission to policy finalization
Research and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams such as Case Management and Underwriting to ensure smooth processing and timely responses
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
