Responsibilities

Responsible for 500-750 accounts. Covering 3-4 different regions. Mainly in Indiana and Kentucky
This role is heavier on the collections side, but the candidate MUST have a blended credit background
Analyzing D&B reports
Gathering references
Creating credit files on new accounts
Assigning credit lines on new and existing accounts
Making collection calls
Analyzing and resolving customer short pays
Following up on disputes and reconciling payments
Interacting with inside/outside sales representatives to resolve credit issues
Releasing orders from credit hold
Responding to customer inquiries
