Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex M&A and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other strategic deals
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and ancillary contracts
Lead due diligence processes and provide analysis on corporate structures and risk assessment
Work closely with partners and senior leadership on deal strategy and execution
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with opportunities for increased leadership and responsibility

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity

Admission to the California Bar, or eligibility to practice in California
