Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site construction operations from mobilization to closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce OSHA safety standards, and ensure quality
Prepare 2–3 week lookahead schedules with the Project Manager
Oversee ground-up builds, TI projects, PEMB structures, and more
Maintain proactive communication with PMs, clients, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent OR degree in Construction Management + 2 years' field leadership
OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Skilled with construction software—Procore, RedTeam, MS Project, Office Suite
Experience with both ground-up and tenant improvement projects
Strong leadership, organization, and communication—no egos, no dictators
Valid driver's license & insurable record
