Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections for Women’s Elevated Brands, from initial concept through to final product
Conduct trend research, analyze market inspiration, and help create digital mood boards and concept presentations that reflect elevated style and quality
Support sketching, fabric sourcing, sample preparation, and fittings to bring sophisticated, innovative ideas to life
Collaborate closely with the design team and cross-functional partners in merchandising, production, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with brand vision and customer expectations
Prepare presentation materials and contribute to line reviews and milestone meetings
Maintain organized design files, samples, and documentation throughout the development process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 1 year's experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area
3 years' experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area
Have a keen eye for elevated women's fashion and a passion for sophisticated design
Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with PowerPoint is a plus
Have 2+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's or contemporary categories
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Ability to translate trends into commercial designs
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of fabric sourcing and garment production processes
