Handle administrative tasks related to loan applications and supporting documentation

Process compliance-related actions, consents, waivers, and loan modifications

Prepare and track Partial Release of Lien documentation using internal databases

Scan, import, and maintain records within the company's imaging and records management systems

Assist with the Records Room Legacy Project to ensure organized and accurate file maintenance

Manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly across departments
