Responsibilities
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business and technology goals
Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple projects
Coordinate and track progress across interdependent projects to ensure timely and successful completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, IT leadership, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with department heads, functional leads, and stakeholders to drive program success
Coordinate resources, assignments, dependencies, and timelines across teams
Motivate and support team members to maintain high levels of engagement and performance
Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution
Monitor and report on program KPIs, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization
Provide regular status updates to leadership on program health, risks, and outcomes
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure adherence to program management best practices, standards, and methodologies
Lead AI-related initiatives, including evaluating AI technologies, coordinating pilot programs, and managing cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
Partner with data and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of AI-driven tools across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Program Manager leading complex IT and AI-driven initiatives
Ability to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business and technology goals
Experience in developing and managing detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple projects
Ability to coordinate and track progress across interdependent projects to ensure timely and successful completion
