Responsibilities
Act as the lead Biostatistician, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support clinical development and regulatory submissions
Mentor and support junior Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers, providing guidance and technical oversight
Contribute to protocol and SAP development, statistical reporting, and the review of key clinical and data management documents
Perform and review statistical analyses, modeling, and validation of datasets, tables, listings, and figures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support process improvement, resourcing, and team development within the Biometrics function
Offer statistical input for publications and presentations
Qualification
Required
Degree in Statistics, or related fields
Extensive experience working in clinical trials as a biostatistician within a CRO or Pharmaceutical organisation
Strong proficiency with SAS and CDISC standards
Extensive experience leading studies
