Responsibilities
Manage and monitor inbound EDI enrollment file activity, ensuring accurate and successful data transfer across systems and insurance partners
Troubleshoot, reconcile, and resolve data integrity issues related to enrollment, eligibility, and insurance documentation
Serve as a key point of contact between EDI senders, insurance partners, account management, customer experience, and technical teams
Assist with reporting, data validation, and documentation to ensure accurate information flow across systems
Develop and maintain user system documentation, desk-level procedures, and technical documentation
Assist with EDI enrollment testing, manual enrollment processing, and platform support as needed
Collaborate with Eligibility Specialists by organizing project work, providing guidance, and supporting daily inventory management
Qualification
Required
Strong focus on data accuracy, reconciliation, validation, and quality control
Comfort working across multiple business systems with a general understanding of system design and data flow
Technical writing and documentation skills (procedures, system guides, requirements)
Experience using Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ability to investigate issues, perform preliminary testing, and clearly present findings
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently with assigned tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar
2-3+ years of EDI experience
