Responsibilities
Oversee all Technical Accounting and correct accounting procedures
Oversee all Corporate Accounting Consolidations and Financial reporting to external entities and parent company
Oversee all Corporate Accounting
Liaise with VPs of Divisions on all financial results and allocations
Lead the team that services the organization and provide them resources for Accounting policy, procedure, contract review
Ability to drive the accounting from a business perspective
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Deep experience leading a large (global) manufacturing company
Has technical aptitude to oversee those functions and can understand to have very strategic conversations, but you'll have a Technical Director on your team
Strong preference to someone with public company background
SOX Controls knowledge
Global financial reporting knowledge
Cadence feels like public company
Coming from companies $3B or larger with multiple locations and international operations
