Responsibilities
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Oversee fund accounting activities, including consolidations, journal entries, NAVs, waterfall calculations
Manage audit and tax coordination
Analyze and report fund and investment performance metrics
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of real estate and/or PE fund accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Advanced Excel skills, including calculating IRRs, waterfalls, and related analyses
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Preferred
CPA preferred
