Responsibilities
Understand and convert business requirements into technical specifications that meet or exceed user’s needs
Assesses reporting needs; provides recommendations for enhanced solutions and matches needs to Reporting tools and capabilities
Develop and maintain Crystal Reports
Develop and maintain Business Objects Web Intelligence Reports
Develop and maintain CaseAware Documents
Ability to write standard SQL queries
Works with Reporting and Information Technology team members to communicate requirements and ensure delivery of quality Reporting solutions
Responsible for monitoring ticket queues and ensuring the full workflow of the reporting request is followed, documented, and closed
Communicates clearly and effectively in a timely manner with Operations and IT partners
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL skills are required to work with underlying data sources
