Responsibilities
Establish the vision for the business, outlining the steps to get there and pieces needed
Define and hire your ideal team to help deliver on the vision you’ve set forth
Partner with the Curious finance lead to establish financial projections for your business and strategically look for growth opportunities
Properly incentivize your team to deliver on the vision, carrying baton forward from the founders we work with
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in a startup environment
Self-driven and self-motivated
Experience in revenue functions — sales, marketing, success
Managed own P&L
Hired own teams
Preferred
Experience in real estate technology
