Responsibilities

Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of enterprise OT systems and applications
Lead a team of OT system specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure effective system support and user satisfaction
Manage intake of business from different stakeholders, prioritizing efforts to maximize value and impact
Collaborate with leaders across departments to build and refine OT systems company strategy and goals
Serve as the primary escalation point and liaison between OT system users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues, implement fixes, and coordinate upgrades or patches
Manage system integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between OT platforms and enterprise systems
Collaborate with IT and OT stakeholders on system upgrade projects, testing environments, and deployment strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory inspection requirements and internal policies related to OT systems
Effectively build budget and forecasted spend for the department, reporting monthly updates
Work with OT Project Managers to ensure accountability and effective resource management throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects
Oversee development of tools and processes to effectively track and report on various OT led initiatives
Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders, including field personnel, senior management, vendors, and external partners
Manage team schedules and resources, including non-traditional hours and on-call support as needed
Promote a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement within the OT systems team
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by 24-semester credits in computer science or a related computer field and two years of satisfactory full-time computer software experience in computer systems development and analysis, applications programming, database administration, systems programming, data communication, including one year in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project; or
A four-year high school diploma or OTs educational equivalent and six years of satisfactory full-time computer software experience as described in '1' above, including one year in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project; or
Education and/or experience equivalent to '1' or '2' above. College education may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience in '2' above on the basis that 60 semester credits from an accredited college are equated to one year of experience. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related computer field may be substituted for one year of required experience in '1' or '2' above
Proven experience with enterprise OT systems administration and configuration
Strong background in enterprise asset management, data integration, and OT system workflows
Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL), scripting (SQL, JDBC), and reporting tools
Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar project management and collaboration platforms
Deep understanding of OT systems from both user and technical perspectives
Ability to manage and configure complex OT applications, including security, upgrades, and customizations
Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
Understanding of Agile approach to continuous improvement and project management
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects under strict deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Must be able to perform all essential and marginal functions of the job
Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, focus attention on details, follow work rules and adhere to established work schedules
Ability to organize and prioritize daily work

Preferred

BS in Computer Science, or a related field, with 3-5 years experience in system administration, business system analysis, escalation support, or systems administration experience with IBM Maximo Software Products version 6 or 7; Actuate Report Server management/administration; or
MS in Computer Science with 3 years of Maximo administration experience
