Required

Technical skills in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A valid driver's license with the capability to travel locally as required
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and perform manual labor
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous

Preferred

Experience in plumbing or mechanical systems is a plus
