Responsibilities
Draft entity formation documents, operating agreements, and corporate governance materials
Support M&A deals and transactional planning
Conduct tax research and guide clients on compliance matters
Interface with clients, advisors, and internal legal teams
Assist with filings, corporate maintenance, and strategic development
Participate in business development and firm initiatives
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active member of the California Bar in good standing
2+ years of experience in corporate, tax, or transactional law
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience in M&A, tax structuring, or business law is a plus
Bonus if you have a background in finance, accounting, or consulting
