The Planet Group is seeking a Manufacturing SAP Business Analyst to support and optimize shop-floor operations during and after an SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role involves partnering with manufacturing teams to ensure SAP manufacturing processes align with business needs and providing ongoing support for SAP manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

Partner with manufacturing teams to gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
Support SAP manufacturing modules with a strong focus on PP (QM, MM, PM, WM/EWM exposure)
Collaborate with SAP implementation partners during the S/4HANA transformation
Test, validate, and document solutions; support UAT
Provide ongoing SAP manufacturing support and contribute to configuration enhancements

Required

5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting SAP manufacturing environments
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP
Solid understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production orders
Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
Medical device manufacturing background
