Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Work with stakeholders to define business processes, functional requirements, and user stories
Support projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
Support solution implementation for contact centre technologies
Contribute to documentation and deliverables in accordance with SaskPower standards
Provide strong communication, facilitation, and customer service support throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Significant experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise technology projects
Proven experience with: Business requirements elicitation and documentation
Proven experience with: Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Proven experience with: Stakeholder engagement and communication
Professional Certification (Mandatory): IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC

Preferred

Experience with contact centre technology projects
Knowledge of systems such as: Telephony, IVR, Workforce Management, CRM integrations
Experience using Azure DevOps
Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
