Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist

The Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist will deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care, engaging families and collaborating with a primary care team.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support adolescent patients
Support emotional development and resilience through early identification and evidence-based interventions
Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with an integrated primary care team and multispeciality partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care

Required

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 0-12 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions affecting children ages 0-12, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
