Salesforce Service Delivery Lead
Acunor is seeking a Salesforce Service Delivery Lead to support an ongoing AMS engagement. This role involves partnering with the engagement lead on client-side delivery, governance, and service operations across Salesforce platforms.
Responsibilities
Own Salesforce AMS delivery and governance on the client side
Drive ITSM processes (Incidents, Changes, SLAs, service reviews)
Coordinate support and enhancement activities with delivery teams
Lead client communication, status reporting, and presentations
Provide functional oversight for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Qualification
Required
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
Hands-on ITSM-based support and service delivery background
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working directly with clients in a governance role
