Responsibilities
Process AP transactions using 3-way matching in SAP
Resolve blocked or parked invoices with buyers and vendors
Ensure compliance with company AP policies
Perform vendor reconciliations and respond to inquiries
Support month-end close and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Basic to intermediate Accounts Payable experience
Hands-on SAP (or similar ERP) experience
Experience with OCR tools (ReadSoft preferred)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Ability to process 75–100 invoices per day accurately
Preferred
Shared services or consumer products background
Strong analytical and organizational skills
