Supervise and oversee aquatics staff and all operations of the aquatics department
Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting aquatics programs and pool usage
Maintain lifeguard certification level of readiness at all times

Required

Minimum age of 21
A passion for aquatics and aquatics safety
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years working as a lifeguard, swim instructor, water fitness instructor or swim coach

Preferred

YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
