Sr. Systems Engineer – Integration & Test (I&T)

Responsibilities

Perform Test Planning and execution: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the testing
Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), Engineering Safety Review Board (ESRBs), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages
Integrate Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact
This position may require up to 10% travel during periods that include field test execution

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with test plans and/or procedures
Experience with test related reviews (i.e. CTS, TRR & ESRB's)
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Preferred

Experience with test planning and execution
Experience with hardware and software integration, preferably on military platforms
Experience with lab environment, electrical troubleshooting, utilization of lab equipment and hardware builds
Experience with creating integration and verification strategies and developing plans/procedures
Experience with hardware and software integration, preferably on military platforms
