Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date market information in an organized and accessible format to best assist the land acquisition team. This tasks includes updating bar charts, dot graphs (home pricing data), and helping to present market studies to members of Skorburg Company’s homebuilding affiliate (Windsor Homes)
Create research maps that show current and future utilities, roads, and school boundaries
Prepare detailed analysis of submarkets by compiling information of multiple neighborhoods for the evaluation of the Acquisition Team to analyze
Conducting property research from the company database and the internet
Conducting market studies by talking with cities, homebuilding companies, engineers, city planning and zoning departments, etc
Communicating weekly with cities to receive agendas and minutes for City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings
Communicating all pertinent information to development associates and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Accountable, responsible and highly organized
Thorough
Accurate
Comfortable and willing to make calls to builders, cities, and engineers to gather information
Outgoing, positive attitude
Likes to work and communicate inside and outside the company
Strong ethical foundation
Strong work ethic
