Responsibilities
Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, set project parameters, and implement procedures to achieve objectives, including complex contracting applications
Review project proposals to determine timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation for all phases
Develop work plans and staffing strategies; coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel as needed
Lead project meetings to outline plans, assign responsibilities, and define scope of authority
Coordinate project activities with regulatory agencies and manage permitting requirements
Monitor progress through status reports, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain accurate documentation (e.g., AIA forms, task lists, milestones)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; provide regular status updates and project reviews
Prepare detailed project reports for management and clients
Ensure accuracy of cost forecasts and timely project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and secure project sign-off
Support contract administration by assisting with sub-contract agreements and required documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4–6 years of HVAC Project Management experience
Experience in HVAC controls
Ability to travel up to 25% as required
Preferred
Prior hands-on experience as a technician
