Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to credit union members, support teams, and third parties to address investment questions and strengthen financial relationships with Mountain America Credit Union members
Execute various tasks for advisors and members in a timely manner, including but not limited to Move Money requests, check processing, account opening and closing, trade management, and scheduling appointments
Collaborate with our Broker Dealer to ensure smooth investment operations and compliance with FINRA, SEC, and Broker Dealer regulations
Investigate and resolve notifications promptly, adhering to compliance requirements
Assist with advisor calendar management and appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Document all interactions and resolution efforts in the CRM program
Provide comprehensive support for investment inquiries, demonstrating general understanding in Investment products, processes, and promotions
Collaborate with deposit operations on matters concerning IRAs, Trusts, POAs, RMDs, and other retirement documents and accounts
Aid advisors in processing paperwork to ensure a seamless member experience
Stay updated on Investment products, processes, and promotions through ongoing training and department updates
Educate callers on Mountain America processes and regulations relevant to their requests
Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering positive relationships with personnel from branches, Service Center, and other support teams
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of related financial experience or enrollment in an accredited business or related college program, along with a minimum of 1 year in customer service
An Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution, or enrollment in an accredited business program with an expected graduation within 18 months from the start date of employment, is required. Or 1 year in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM programs; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and office equipment as needed
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written English skills, proficiency in professional writing and presentations, general listening and comprehension abilities
Demonstrates critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective conflict resolution skills
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail in task completion
Proficient in identifying and implementing actionable solutions to resolve issues
Capable of fulfilling job duties both in-person and virtually as per business requirements
Adaptable to change and responds positively to evolving circumstances or conditions
Shows a desire and willingness to learn, continuously updating knowledge base on investment concepts and processes
Maintains strict confidentiality with client information

Demonstrates professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently
Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally
