Repwest Insurance is looking for a Claims Service Representative in our Claims Reporting Unit. The role involves setting up new claims for U-Haul and providing support functions for various claims units, including answering inbound calls and entering information into a PC-based program.

Required

Customer service background
HS Diploma; able to type 30+ wpm a plus
General clerical experience; able to use Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Claims or insurance experience is a plus
Must be available evenings and weekends
This is not available for remote work
This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; hours vary from 6:00am to 5:00pm. Candidates must be willing to accommodate fluctuating schedules, weekends, and the occasional holiday
