Enterprise Account Executive (NYC)
CoverForce is on a mission to modernize commercial insurance distribution. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help scale their go-to-market strategy across top brokerages and agency networks, managing complex sales cycles and building strategic relationships.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, close, and expand
Build relationships with top 100 brokerages, wholesalers, MGAs, and carriers
Drive pipeline through outbound, channel partnerships, and referrals
Understand the customer’s quoting workflow and pain points to position CoverForce as the infrastructure layer they need
Conduct discovery and deliver compelling demos that connect to business value
Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to ensure customer success and long-term expansion
Attend key industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and drive pipeline
Qualification
Required
Have 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience (ideally in a Seed to Series D startup)
Have closed $1.3M+ in SaaS quota annually across complex sales cycles
Understand the insurance ecosystem deeply—brokerages, wholesalers, carriers, and/or MGAs
Are comfortable selling into VPs of Distribution, Digital, Ops, and C-suite
Can run full-cycle deals from outreach to close without hand-holding
Are energized by early-stage momentum and helping build the sales motion from the ground up
Have excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Are organized, coachable, and able to navigate long sales cycles
Willing to travel as needed for key meetings and industry events
