Senior LevelNovia Infotech is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Architect to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with a strong focus on EPM and FAH. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, integration architecture, and governance, as well as strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including:
EPM (must-have)
FAH (must-have)
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management (CM)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Expenses
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Intercompany Accounting
Architect global financial structures, including:
Legal entities
Ledgers and chart of accounts
Multi-currency models
Cost centers and business units
Aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
Define and implement integration strategies using:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware platforms
Configure end-to-end financial processes, including:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Financial Close and Consolidation
Design and configure:
Accounting hubs
Subledger rules and mapping
Financial reporting workflows
User access and security models:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Lead and oversee data migration using:
FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
ADFdi
Custom scripts and ETL tools
Ensure high-quality data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud
Design and lead integrations with:
Third-party applications
Legacy ERP systems
Banking, tax, and treasury platforms
Partner with finance leadership to:
Capture business requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis
Present ROI and business case assessments
Act as the primary liaison between:
Finance teams
IT
Executive leadership
Translate business needs into clear technical designs and implementation plans
Lead architecture reviews and design governance sessions
Support and oversee testing phases, including:
Unit Testing
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot performance issues and system defects
Provide post-implementation support, including:
Monitoring quarterly Oracle updates
Ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal controls
Guiding organizational change management and user adoption
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Architect
Deep expertise in Oracle EPM (Mandatory)
Deep expertise in Oracle FAH (Mandatory)
Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, SLA, Intercompany
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Strong hands-on experience with Middleware and integration patterns
Extensive experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and data migration strategies
Extensive experience with financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
Strong knowledge of RBAC and SoD security models
Strong knowledge of accounting rules and subledger setups
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle FCCS, ARCS, or other EPM modules
Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and OTBI reporting
Prior experience in regulated industries (SOX, GDPR compliance)
Exposure to Agile/DevOps delivery models
