The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various roles and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders while enhancing EEI’s employer brand.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
Recruit for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Deliver a positive, white-glove candidate experience
Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
Support interview processes and hiring decisions
Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions
Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred)
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple requisitions
Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring best practices
