Responsibilities
Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across print and digital channels
Execute design work for packaging, labels, brand collateral, advertisements, catalogs, signage, merchandising, web assets, emails, social media, and trade show materials
Develop mockups, layouts, and final artwork based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
Ensure consistent application of typography, color, imagery, and layout across all deliverables
Edit and optimize photography assets for print and digital use (retouching, color correction, formatting)
Assist with basic product photography and internal content capture as needed
Edit and produce short-form video and motion assets for marketing, web, and social channels
Support coordination of photoshoots and video production with internal teams and external vendors
Prepare print- and digital-ready files following production best practices
Proof and review artwork and production files for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment
Ensure approved copy, claims, and design standards are followed precisely
Maintain version control and organized asset archives
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations teams
Coordinate with external vendors including printers, agencies, and developers
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate proactively regarding timelines, revisions, and project status
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across print and digital mediums
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in packaging design and production
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Familiarity with web design and development principles
Basic photography skills
Experience in the health and wellness industry
