Executive Assistant to CEO - Remote
H&H Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO in a fully remote role. The position involves managing the CEO's calendar and communications, coordinating projects and events, and ensuring priorities are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Inbox and calendar ownership : Actively manage email and schedule, triaging what matters most, flagging what’s urgent, and clearing out the rest
Meeting prep & follow-up : Draft agendas, collect supporting materials, summarize notes, and help drive action items forward
Project & event coordination : Take the lead on special initiatives—including internal projects, team priorities, and high-profile events (like national conferences or international trade expos). Manage vendors, logistics, timelines, and execution from A to Z
CEO communications support : Craft professional, articulate emails and documents on behalf of the CEO, often with limited instruction
Weekly & daily planning : Review, adjust, and optimize the CEO’s weekly roadmap and daily agenda to align with business goals
Discretion and judgment : Handle confidential information, business priorities, and internal dynamics with maturity and professionalism
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder in a remote, fast-paced environment
Move quickly and confidently between tasks, tools, and conversations without dropping details
Know how to manage up and aren't afraid to flag blind spots, follow up (twice), or push priorities forward
Bring a strong sense of ownership —you're calm, clear, and capable under pressure
Have sharp written communication skills and can write in someone else's voice with precision
Love bringing order to complexity —whether through inbox systems, weekly dashboards, or workflows
Are tech-savvy, organized, and learn new systems easily
