Info Way Solutions is seeking an experienced OIPA Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Policy Administration System (OIPA) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale policy administration solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical solutions, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across development, testing, and production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and present technical solutions, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), aligned with business requirements
Define, maintain, and support Java development environments and best practices using tools such as Maven, Sonar, and other open-source frameworks
Assist in identifying, isolating, resolving, and communicating issues in both production and non-production environments
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for application and system issues
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing using open-source testing frameworks
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning
Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure flexibility, scalability, long-term viability, and faster time-to-market

Required

Strong expertise in developing Policy Administration Systems using Oracle Policy Administration System (OIPA)
OIPA configuration language
System integrations and AS files
Data intake, database architecture, and data extraction patterns
Building and customizing OIPA extensions
Palette and application security implementations
Screen configurations (policy, roles, segments, allocations, valuations)
Release and deployment management
Hands-on experience with development and DevOps tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy, JIRA, Artifactory
Monitoring and code quality tools such as Dynatrace and Sonar
Strong experience writing SQL queries and debugging stored procedures in an Oracle database environment
Solid understanding of Java-based application development and enterprise best practices
Working knowledge of Docker and cloud computing platforms
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Self-starter with a proactive and innovative approach
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains
