Responsibilities

Provides high-level support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer

Performs administrative tasks including crafting communications, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents for the CEO

Arranges domestic and international travel and accommodations for the CEO

Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and recording minutes

Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews content, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff

Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Tech savvy with knowledge and competencies utilizing AI tools

Strong financial acumen

Represents Vora in a highly professional manner

High school diploma required

Preferred

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
