They are seeking a Project Manager who will own projects from handoff to final acceptance, acting as the central link between customers, engineering, fabrication, and field teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Manage projects from order through design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and closeout
Drive schedules, coordinate resources, and remove obstacles to keep projects moving
Translate customer needs into clear internal requirements
Work closely with engineering, panel shop, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
Track milestones, budgets, documentation, and deliverables
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes to customers and internal leadership
Champion continuous improvement of our design-to-delivery system and value stream
Ensure every project ends with a fully satisfied, confident customer
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator (engineering, industrial, automation, or construction environments preferred)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Comfort working across technical teams and operational environments
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solver mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
Professionalism when representing the company to municipalities, utilities, and industrial clients
Preferred
Experience with SCADA, automation, controls, electrical systems, or water/wastewater projects
Familiarity with fabrication, panel building, or field installation workflows
Understanding of process improvement, lean methods, or value stream mapping
Technical background in engineering, industrial technology, or related field
