Responsibilities
Fabrication: Execute complex semiconductor process flows including photolithography (coating, exposure, development) and wet/dry etching
Thin Film Deposition: Operate and maintain deposition equipment, specifically e-beam evaporators, sputtering systems, and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tools
Process Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot process anomalies and improve yield on metallization and passivation steps
Testing & Characterization: Utilize electronics and microscopy test systems to characterize finished devices (desirable) and perform in-line metrology
Documentation: Maintain accurate process logs, run sheets, and equipment maintenance records
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor processing related to metallization and passivation, including photolithography, e-beam evaporators, sputtering equipment, ALD, plasma ashers, etc
Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all safety and gowning protocols
Preferred
Experience with electronics test systems, desirable but not required
