Responsibilities
Drive back-end development using .NET / C#, focusing on performance, scalability, and clean architecture
Establish and uphold engineering standards, architectural principles, and best practices
Support and mentor backend engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration
Collaborate with product and technical leadership to align solutions with business objectives
Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence system design across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer role using .NET / C#
Strong background in cloud-based systems (GCP preferred, with Azure or AWS as alternatives)
Hands-on experience with distributed, asynchronous, or event-driven architectures
In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills with a mentoring and team-oriented approach
Willingness to explore new technologies, including modern frontend frameworks such as React
Professional level of English
