Videographer/Content Creator
Melbourne Flight Training is searching for an enthusiastic social media Videographer and Content Creator to plan, produce, and deliver visual content across their brands. The ideal candidate will capture high-quality video and photo content, collaborate with marketing teams, and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Capture, produce, and edit high-quality video and photo content to support marketing, social media, and promotional initiatives
Create compelling visual stories that highlight brand identity, people, facilities, and aircraft operations across digital platforms
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the company website
Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and related production tools to ensure professional-quality output
Edit footage, apply color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics as needed to deliver polished final content
Work safely and professionally in aviation environments, adhering to operational and safety guidelines
Capture photo and video content in hangars, airfields, and operational environments, including around small aircraft and flight operations (where permitted)
Support aviation-focused storytelling, including aircraft, instructors, students, and training activities
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop content ideas aligned with campaigns, branding, and business objectives
Ensure visual consistency across all content and platforms
Assist in identifying content trends and opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach
Organize, manage, and archive media assets to ensure efficient access and long-term storage
Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and delivery based on platform best practices
Track content performance and provide creative input to improve future projects
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
Assist with scheduling shoots, coordinating logistics, and preparing equipment for on-site and off-site productions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or content creator (portfolio preferred)
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio capture
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
Strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, and creative problem-solving skills
Occasional travel within Brevard County required
Preferred
Aviation knowledge or experience working around small aircraft is a plus
