Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle CX AND Oracle Service Cloud solutions
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Oracle fusion Service Cloud
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Oracle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Techno Functional SME with at least 10 + years of experience around CX applications
Preferred
master's degree or MBA
deep understanding of both Oracle and SAP systems
