As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in new business pitches, industry research, and team collaboration, all while working in a creative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Assisting in new business pitches
Managing team pitch team drives
Initial research and 'Get Smarts' (from competitive analysis, industry deep-dives, and brand overviews)
Conducting weekly industry reports
Maintaining the business development archive system
Assist with team communication
Building presentation rooms for site visits
Creating New Business reports
Tracking and logging creative samples
File and data management
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate-level student in college OR recent college graduate (less than 1 year since graduation)
Must be available during the length of the program (6/2/26 – 8/7/26) and able to come into the GSD&M Austin offices at least 3 days a week
Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week
