Responsibilities
Gain exposure to media-making, program design, organizational behavior, and community strategy
Contribute to real projects and learn how creative ecosystems are built, sustained, and scaled without exploiting the people inside them
Develop original work with dedicated time, direct feedback, and strategic guidance
Participate in mentorship and skill development sessions
Learn to articulate thinking publicly and professionally, including speaking on panels and pitching ideas
Qualification
Required
Thoughtful, curious, and reliable interns
Interest in creativity, culture, narrative, design, sociology, mental health, media, community, or systems change
Commitment of approximately 20–25 hours per week
Ability to operate in a remote environment
Flexibility while maintaining accountability
Willingness to engage in mentorship and strategic skill development
Desire to develop original work and personal projects
Ability to articulate thinking publicly and professionally
Willingness to navigate imposter syndrome, burnout cycles, and creative identity
