New Grad, Entry LeveleTeam is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Collateral Management team. The role focuses on building operational workflows for collateral management and involves close partnership with various departments to manage complex processes and mitigate counterparty credit risk.

Responsibilities
An analyst within Cleared Collateral Management will primarily be focused on building operational workflows for collateral management on clearing houses
Through the performance and reengineering of a number of operational processes, a successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities to support computation & settlement of interest and restructure overall client cash collateral management
The role will involve close partnership and interaction with a wide range of areas, including Credit Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management and other Operations Departments
Qualification
Required
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Strong communication & technical skills
Ability to think quick and work under pressure
Excellent client service
