Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer system to engage potential borrowers and generate new mortgage leads
Qualify incoming and outbound leads by gathering basic borrower information and assessing readiness for the loan process
Nurture prospective clients through consistent follow-up, warm calls, texts, and emails to keep them engaged
Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-focused approach in all client interactions
Support the sales team by setting high-quality appointments for loan officers and ensuring smooth handoffs
Assist with lead management tasks such as organizing pipelines, re-engaging old leads, and identifying new lead opportunities
Perform additional support duties as needed to enhance overall lead flow and contribute to the success of the mortgage origination team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in mortgage lending, sales, or administrative/customer service roles
