This role involves managing a litigation caseload from filing through trial while ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish, and providing excellent client communication.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and disclosures
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, court filings, and attorney scheduling
Communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff in both English and Spanish
Coordinate depositions, mediations, IMEs, and trial logistics
Organize case files, medical records, billing summaries, and evidence
Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, demonstratives)
Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trial
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience drafting and filing legal documents in Arizona state courts
Proficient in legal and case management software (Neos, Clio, MyCase, etc.)
Excellent organization, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and client service
